With the announcement of the new Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra and Quiet Comfort's (base), I wanted to make a video on my favorite over ear wireless headphones, the Bose Quiet Comfort 35's. I have replaced the ear pads twice now over 6 years, thankfully Bose sells nice replacement parts!
Oddly, my headphones needed a replacement part right around when the new headphones got annouced. But being honest, the new Quiet Comfort base edition look just like the Bose quiet 35's and 45's. The Ultra's do look nice, but the Quiet Comfort Buds 2 had bluetooth issues that never got resolved.

I bought the QC Ultra Headphones on Amazon for $349. Work great with my Apple products, as well as work PCs.

Honestly I love my QC35ii's. It's a shame Bose skimped on the nice materials on their new models. The 35ii's have that alcantara headband and that lovely raised text on the headcups. It's looks and feels so premium. The ultras look great but the weight is heavier, like 10 grams heavier than the QC45s. The problem with all the reviews out there is that people focus way too much on sound quality but so little on the actual comfort. To me the comfort takes priority and I am not sure if the ultras will agree with me with that increase in weight.

10 grams is nothing. Now if you said 30-50 grams then okay but 10 grams you won't notice the difference unless you are doing side by side comparison. It's like having extra 15 slices of chips on top of your head 😂
