Recipe:
2 tbps desi ghee
2 onions chopped
5 tbps yogurt
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 can chopped tomatoes / 3-4 fresh tomatoes chopped
1 pack Shan achar gosht masala
1/2 kg chicken boneless
2 large potatoes
2-3 green chillies
Coriander for garnishing
Fry onions till golden brown in ghee, add meat and garlic, cook till meat starts turning white.
Add 1/2 packet Shan masala and cook for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes (till oil separates)
Add remaining masala mixed with yogurt, 1/2 cup water, potatoes and chillies, cover and cook for 10-15 mins on low heat or till potatoes are cooked.
Remove lid and cook on high heat for a few mins to adjust consistency to your liking. Add coriander and serve with naan or rice.
