MY Favourite Guitar Albums: Episode 1 SAMMY HAGAR 

Please do let me know in the comments what your favourite Sammy Hagar album is ! Hope you enjoy the video, I thought I would something a wee bit different on a Monday.

Standing Hampton. The song "Heavy Metal" is what made me fall in love with the sound of the electric guitar.

For me Street Machine, probably because it was my first Sammy album. Still love it today.

The late Church Ruff also played in the Edgar Winter Group if I'm not mistaken. One of them joined Boston.

I bought this cassette from the discount section about 1982. I was not disappointed!

That 20th century man riff also reminds me a bit of the kids are back Twisted Sister. Great track.

Fave Sammy album Standing Hampton. Me dad was a massive Hagar fan so grew up whith him and I always said Van Halen were better with Roth and Hagar solo. Quite like the first Montrose album as well but only discovered that recently.

I could not tell what's my favorit Hagar album , but your video is very interesting , with cool playing from you when you're showing the guitar parts !! Yes thosee guitar parts are awsome , and those solos! Mate i love to see your records , you are telling the story very well !As i said , really interesting !!You rock Dunsy!!!

Danger zone is also my favourite Sammy Hagar album. Apart from that song Heartbeat, I think it's great. Did you get the poster with yours?

I have to confess, I think i bought Standing Hampton for the cover!😆 Then hid it away from my mum alongside Love Drive and Animal Magnetism! There's only one way to rock has such a great riff too.
