No joke you have genuinely inspired me to try and start the gym. I’m gonna get my induction after I go on holiday but I can’t even explain how much motivation you’ve given me. I am really low and have been for awhile, so after hearing about how it made and impact on your mental health gave me that push. I am also tired of letting myself down and saying I’m gonna do it then not. You are so incredibly inspirational ❤❤
