That line really hurt me. Because that’s genuine sexual abuse. Fizz is being used in a sexual way that he hates. And Oz just has to sit back and watch. Oz has stated before that lust is about passion, and there is no passion in fizzaroli sex dolls that Fizz himself hates.
Why is he so fucking cute? Being cute isn't even supposed to be part of Mammon's design, but he is. It's how expressive he is, and the way he's animated. It's got that slight touch of cuteness, whether it was intentional or not, and I can't get over it.
I think it’s because of how simple minded he is. He just doesn’t think things through. He’s an adult with the mindset of a 10 year old. If he doesn’t get what he wants he throws a fit.
Mammon is an ass but funny af. But the line "Get your shit together, you're a bloody legend" with that face just gives me chills every time I see it. Cool af.
I like how “you’re a bloody legend” doubles as both compliment and a threat. If Fizzie stayed as Mammon’s brand mascot he would have eventually ended up being a literal ‘bloody legend’ one way or another.
This guy is 1000% my favourite character, his Australian a** dragged me out of art block and I drew fanart of him practically _right_ after this episode came out.

I watched Helluva Boss out of pure curiosity and never planned to ever buy any merch of this show. I'm not that keen on collecting this kind of items in general. Now I'm seriously considering purchasing something with Mammon. He's a perfect embodiment of a character I usually end up liking. It's SO pleasant to look at him. That fat Christmas Tree has power over us beyond our comprehension. 😭

I get that people enjoy Asmodeus and his wholesome relationship and Beelzebub being a genuine good person, but I really hope the rest of the sins are portrayed like Mammon is here. They’re the deadly sins for a reason, they should be horrible people. Satan should be hosting regular death matches and wars for the sake of weeding out the weak; Leviathan should be glorifying their own life and making everyone want nothing but to be like them; and Belphegor should be the most neglectful peace of shit on the planet. That’s the point, they should embody the sins they represent
The thing is the sins themselves don't necessarily have to he bad people something that people seem confuse all humans poses some of the 7 sins but all humans aren't bad. Can people actually like a fun villain? I like mammon, i would hate him if writers make him a good guy. It's so fresh to introduce to us one of the deadly sins what is genuinely evil. He is a sin of greed,his voice actor fantasticaly nailed the job. Mammon is villain that makes me fun love to hate him. Fun love to hate and seriously hate are different. I like villains that make me fun love to hate them. I seriously hate stella, chaz, creepso, i don't like them and don't enjoy then they are on screen. I having fun love to hate villains like mammon, crimson or striker. I enjoy them, i love to see them on screen again. Like i missing the old times then people love villains because they were evil and charismatic and it's entertaining to watch, not because of their tragic past or whatever.
I'm guessing he's based, at least somewhat, on one of Viv's old bosses in the animation industry. There's just a couple specific lines, that feel... targeted.
I love how the guitar often plays in the background after he says something back handed (compliment) or “lying” e.g. every time he says something technically “good” to fizzy, even though its just to exploit fizz, the guitar plays afterwards

Nice to see a fully evil Deadly Sin. I love Bee and Ozzie, but this place is supposed to be Hell and it’s always good to remind us that the people in charge and their values aren’t necessarily the best and can be taken too far
Look I realize that Mammon is horrible and treated Fizz like shit, but, unlike Crimson or Stella, the more times I watch this episode, the more I love the character, and I can't really bring myself to hate him. I think it's what he says and the way he says it that make him so fun and hilarious to watch and the Australian accent just adds to the character. I also think it's kind of cute the way he smiles sometimes, especially at 0:29 and when he was jamming with Fizz's song not really aware of what Fizz's meaning behind the song is. I also love his wicked smile at 1:33 and when he smiles at Fizz in his beast form. His awesome design reminds me of a demented Christmas tree and his beast form is just badass. He is definitely my favorite ring prince so far if not one of my favorite characters in show along with Stolas, Blitz, and Moxxie. I hope we see him in future episodes down the road, and oddly, part of me doesn't want anything to befall him lol. Kudos to Michael Cusack for bringing this horrible yet strangely lovable character to life.
I really hope they don’t do the thing where they usually do and give Mammon some kind of a redemption arc like they did with Fizz and Asmodeus. I mean I like the thing they’ve got going on now but I also like people being introduced as villains or antagonists staying that way. They’re supposed to be the embodiment of a sin, I’d rather not have sympathy for them.
My favorite Mammon scene in the whole episode is when he claps happily at Fizzarolli's song NOT KNOWING HE'S TALKING ABOUT HIM 🤣 oh and then turning into a giant feral parasite spider thingy when he finds out. Some people don't really like Mammon's design because they expected him to be different, but honestly i love how he turned out. He's an evil f_ck but he's goofy.
I like Mammon because he's ironically one of the few unapolagetically evil characters in Hell and not just 'asshole' or 'asshole with trauma' like most of the other characters.
I'm still trying to figure out if mammon cares about fizz in his greedy selfish way or only cares about the money solely. Either way he is a piece of shit and money is his 1st priority. The fact they animated and gave dialog of him showing some care(or outright manipulation or both) they make you question is great writing.
Anyone notice that Mammon kinda looks like a Christmas tree? Kinda makes sense because Christmas is when someone gets the most money in their childhood.
