Great video. Trends are to be enjoyed or eschewed. The "cold shoulder" tops and dresses were on my no-no list from day one and I was so glad to see that expire. It's all good, clean fun, most of the time.

I really hate trends. I mean, if a trend happens to land on something I am already into, then fine, but I definitely don't follow them. (trends don't just exist in fashion, there are social media trends that are pervasive on instagram and RU-vid. I hate those even more than fashion trends. Also for anxiety, just simply breathe in deeply and exhale fully. Breathing is so underrated. Who would even think about judging you for sharing about your anxiety. I am so sassy today. forgive me,

Re. The vaping & anxiety: you might want to try something called FÜM... it's like a vape replacement for people trying to quit. It has no nicotine or cannabis- just flavor cartridges & air. But you hit it like a vape, so you're still getting that slow breathing, which can be helpful for anxiety, but no stimulants.
Hey friend, I have generalized anxiety disorder and find that for a quick fix during a panic attack, dunking your face in ice cold water helps. It helps to keep in mind that anxiety is literally fear. It comes from fear, whatever that fear may be however small it may be, that's what it is. It's fear. I've been in really good therapy for the last two and a half years and can say with confidence that medication helps. Personally I'm on buspirone, for anxiety. It literally calms down your stomach. Like I know a lot of people experience anxiety in their stomach, I do too, and it's like putting a nice warm blanket over it and it completely goes away. Also, I use cannabis because I have other issues, but if you have anxiety I highly recommend staying away from sativa or sativa leading hybrids. Indica's the way to go, for anxiety.

Backless, not sure I'd call it a trend? I find it a classic cut. Fuzzy slides in the summer, absolutely not. Loafers will always be a classic loafer. Others thoughts: For the amount of money spent on vaping, that amount could be invested into seeking therapy. Oral stimulation is often a coping strategy to relieve anxiety, this is a strategy developed in infancy. Finding healthier ways of managing one's anxiety is better than creating a health hazard later down the road. Parents need to engage with their children about their emotions and give them the tools on how to properly deal with them. Too many kids are hooked on vaping because they do not have a proper outlet.
Those of us with diagnosed anxiety issues benefit more from the right strain of cannabis. I have generalized anxiety disorder and actually highly recommend indica leading cannabis for sort of instant relief.
I do not hear anyone speaking about Banana Republic. I have a pair of dark denim, wide legged trousers that I bought over 20 years ago that are still in good condition and Relevant to today's style. I absolutely love them, whether I dress them up or down. The quality is amazing. I get get so many compliments when I wear them. Three years is good but 20+ come on...

ADHD is inherited. So my ex husband has it, his nephew has it, he gave it to our 1 son, and now my 15 yr granddaughter. It does complicate life. Glad your not vaping anymore-thought your comments were interesting. But vaping gives popcorn lung. Not good.
