As an ER physician I feel I need to put this out here; you need polypropylene in your mask for it to be really effective. A silk mask will do virtually nothing at protecting you or others.

@@irinb3887 Unfortunately the silk will do nothing. If you have a good mask on underneath you could add this one overtop if you prefer the look of it.

Beyond Yoga leggings are INCREDIBLE!! My friend recommended them to me and I was a bit skeptical but after trying them on, I'm a huge fan highly recommend!

Yessss no one knows about beyond yoga! I was introduced to them at my local Pure Barre and love all 4 pairs of mine! They’re also a women owned brand and I love supporting them.

I went with titanium studs for my multiple ear piercings but I really like those gold cuffs! Maybe a treat for myself one day, especially if they are comfortable enough for full-time wear.

I trust a lot in your advices. I have sunspots on my face, but there is a particular One that is on my cheek that is much more big and noticible. I have tried everything at home and its only gets worse.I can nota afford laser and that... I really would like to get rid of him. It really bothers me. Can you recomend something?

Beyond yoga leggings are the best! I spent a fortune on them with shipping and currency exchange (I’m in BC Canada) but so worth it! I always recommend to everyone! I prefer their original supplex fabric though.

Hi Susan! Love your videos! I need to catch up on the more recent ones. If I may ask, have you seen the oil unplugging cleansing videos going around? Where people massage for 5-20 minutes (sometimes 30 minutes) and massage out little oil plugs? Wondering what your thoughts are on it... also, I'm not sure if you've addressed this before.. if you did, I'm sorry 😳
