The lookes like so much fun and like such hard work! But it's a it's a bit stupid to call it zero gravity just because you hang in the air. It's the gravity that makes it so tough...

I got interested in aerial yoga and silks thank to Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario. it's my 2017 resolution to try it myself! :)

Katarzyna Grzejda Yes! I love Troian's Instagram videos of her doing aerial yoga! I already tried it couple years ago, first one I saw doing it was my fave singer P!nk during her concerts like 10 years ago - highly recommend you to watch some videos from her live shows if you like aerial yoga! :)

I can't believe that I actually tried aerial yoga today for the first time, having heard of it for the first time less than a week ago and now I see a video of you doing aerial yoga. What a coincident! 😱😄 I did some of the stuff you did as well, but in general my lesson was much simpler than yours, but I loved it anyway. Seeing what is actually possible in aerial yoga makes me even more motivated. I'm definitely planning to do it on a regular basis now.
