honestly 99% of the time he goes apeshit on the monster i'm hunting instead of me. i once fought an uragaan and they had 3 turf wars lmao. it's less of "ahhhh it's bazelguese" and more like "ayyyy it's bazelguese" for me.
trueee i basically always want bazel to show up in my hunt so i can let them fight it out while i run around gathering the dropped material like a madman
@@Vaquerochinaco if you're gonna hunt something specific, always do it by investigation or event. This prevents the monster you're hunting specifically from leaving the locale.
If we wasnt like that then bazel wouldnt be bazel, i am glad he was a douche, i am kinda sad for the people who didnt play world and recognized bazel for rise, bazel in rise isnt bazel, they taked everything that maked bazel bazel
I wish there were more moments like that in Monster Hunter. Times when all strategy gets thrown out the window and the only rule is “get the fuck out while you still can.” I introduced Monster Hunter World to my girlfriend solely to see her reactions to the creatures in it, and mainly, the reaction to her first B-52 invasion. It was great, as is this monster in every way
@@certfiedratanalyser4544 yeah in Rise none of the invader monsters, Rajang and Bazel, really act like invaders. Only one that does in Valstrax but even then his ambush doesn't do damage, just knocks you back. Makes me wish Deviljho won't be in Rise because Capcom really fucked up on a few things.
@@Hi-re8mt don’t know about you but lance and gunlance users Kinda love him. Just free damage on whatever you are fighting and it’s easy to just block everything. He is our air strike.
All tyrants.. Music will overtake any music and if you're already fighting 1? the last one to show up will overtake the current 1 Rajang, Jho, and Bazel. That's 1 more missing and he has been in the Games for a while. Seregios aka Steve. The 1st monster to introduce bleeding.
My first encounter with the carpet bomber was when I was fighting Rathian and a Rathalos on their nest during the quest Redefining The Power Couple. Bazelgeuse shows up and nose dives the Rathian against the dam; the resulting flood kills her and washes her body downward while the other two are busy having a screaming contest. Me? I'm running for the small gap that leads back to camp.
Exactly I was struggling with my hammer just trying to make him trip cuz I couldn't reach his weak points then an AC130 came in and turf wared with him
I remember my first encounter with him I was confused because I was fighting the mud fish (idc what it's name is) and I casually see a flying lying with egg like mane dropping aerial strikes on it and then out of no where a barroth joins the fight too. Gotta say I still died because of elemental damage, but was very confused about the chaos that unfolded.
Daaaamn, my first encounter i was also hunting a pukei-pukei, and i saw some marks on the map but didn't knew that it existed, i asumed it was a high rank monster, but no the fricking equivalent of the Jho. So, almost ending the hunt i'm in Ancient Forest's Pukei's Nest and the ashole just falls over me, downing me in the act.....What a way to meet a monster. The handler keep explaining as i laid semi-dead from the explosion
I just encountered bazel for the first time and it felt like more of an introduction sequence, it roared and the music played, then it dropped a few bombs and left.
I have a love-hate relationship with this winged bombardier, cause yeah sometimes he is annoying as f%ck but others he had "helped" me: my first hunt for a Deviljho. He appeared twice and had a turf war with that t-rex bastard (he infliected like 3000 damage lol making the hunt way easier)
My first Bazelguese encounter was uncharacteristically calm: I was doing a quest around the Rotten Vale, somewhere near sector 11. I turn the corner to gather some fossils and who do I find? Bazelguese, chillin’ in the Vale, looking for snacks. I booked it back to camp before he could even *aggro* to me.
Ironically enough in my first encounter with him it was actually me who approached him first. I simply suddenly noticed that a new monster had showed up in an expedition for the Ancient Forest and decided to investigate well sure that it would've been Deviljho (although I did ironically entertain the classic thought "It can't be anyone else, right? Right?"). Then, a couple steps out of the trees, my eyes adjusting to the light, and there he was, just chilling near the end of Area 1, in all his glory. To say I was amazed would be a disservice! Naturally the only reasonable step to take next was to promptly disturb him and test him. The moment I hit one of those scales and instantly died from full health made me realise just what I would've been in for once ready for the real deal...
I beat Bezelgeuse for the first time, today, and I dread doing it again. My weapon and armor are pretty darn good for my level, but I fainted twice and I probably only won because Deviljho showed up several times for a turf war. Normally I shoot a fart bomb at invaders, but I needed all the help I can get.
@@jacksonkids1 well ur right, anyway, I played since mhp3rd. There's one thing that I always bring in my pocket. Dung. Remember that qurupeco? The bird that can all an air strike? 🤣🤣🤣
Everyone here talking about how bazel saved them and how much they like bazel, meanwhile I’m over here getting my Ass kicked by bazel who’s angry at me because I smacked him in the face during a combo
I saw him last night while doing my slay Rathan in that same area! this bastard came out of nowhere it was the first time I had seen him! during my entire fight with Rathan every DAMN MONSTER CAME TO THE FIGHT! even that Catar! Then this ass showed up said hello and I ran for my damn life while my friends who where playing with me are there laughing their asses off. I am now scared to go on any mission >_
He's an annoying doubled edged sword. If you're having a difficult hunt and he shows up if you escape him he'll attack the monster you're fighting even if they don't have a turf war and when he leaves come back and he's done decent damage as help... But if you don't finish off the monster quick he'll return and bomb you 😅
the first time i saw him i was hiding i was terrified of a freaking boomer monster i was playing metal gear hide until he goes then hunt the monster then he comes i run away in my replay he suddenly dropped on me almost 1shoting me lol but still he helps me more than he attacks me sometimes
One of the others didnt prep for the difficulty jump in this first high rank mission and got two shot at the start. He was wearing Ajanath armor with no upgrades at the start.
One of the people who joined this quest 5 years ago didn't prepare for the difficulty jump from LR to HR. That Pukei hit harder than a LR Rathalos and he wasn't wearing decent armor.
