headed down to west bexington again friday night before the weather turned with plenty of fresh bait includig 1lb of rag
started fishing around 8pm but gave up around midnight and had a nap after having zero bites
next morning managed to feather up a load of mackerel and then caught my first chesil ray on a fillet of fresh meckerel

Horse mackerel are also called scad. well done looks like you had a good session 👍

Well done..I could not believe my eyes with all those Mackrell you caught...FANTASTIC! I'm heading to Chesil next week weather permitting....hope to see some other people fisherman there. I'm a female newbie 😁 Chesil is my first night beach fishing, so exciting as that sea is a beast ! I was clearly at the wrong end but did catch-a Conger.
