My two favorite parts. Tia come back and win and Shane quote: “your mind is there but your body may not, listen to your body” Love that phrase, as a mom we want our body back like for tomorrow. And isn’t that easy, physically and mentally. We to take our time and our pace. #teamTia ❤

I was at the event and Tia so was amazing and inspiring to watch. She was focused but also compassionate to her competitors congratulating everyone at the end of an event. Tia you are a phenomenal woman and strong mom! So proud to see you!

What an awesome performance Tia. You still have it. An absolute inspiration to so many. Well done!! I tell my hubby all the time...I'm so gobsmacked at what the human body can achieve. A great mindset with the right training...but hey Tia...some great Tia genes thrown in there too and an exceptional personal trainer and confidante. What better combination can you ask for.

For me one of the most impressive moments was during the max deadlift. All of these younger girls are using belts. Tia dear, you just had a child and you go into this event beltless. You were out there making those huge lifts with ease all the way almost to the very end. That's just inspirational. Way to go.

Just an impressive performance by Tia. Just amazing. Shane, if you go to any fence building company you should be able to buy a four inch circumference circular fence post. Lowe's, Home Depot, or any farm store should have them as well.

I see running and jumping with weight a real danger to tearing meniscus. This is how I screwed up BOTH of my knees. Having two artificial knees is not fun.
