Every time I go to confession I feel a weight taken off me....sin is really an oppression that weighs the soul down.... I love to love to hear more videos from you.....your beauty is magnified by your goodness and the Holy Spirit talking through you. God bless.

My first confession was at about 7 years old; I had no idea what I was doing. I stopped practicing. My next confession was at about 40; it sucked! I didn’t know what I was doing and the priest didn’t help. I searched and found a good priest and it was an incredible experience. Now at 58; I am devout and actively feeding my faith. May the good LORD bless you and your family most abundantly. Keep the faith! No matter how hard it gets!

Im in a somewhat similar boat. I was made to confess without proper education or explanation when I was 7, and that was only so I could receive first communion. I became a staunch atheist but the great Lord has led me back, but i have crippling social anxiety and am being forced to face it for Him. I know it’s a sin to worry but my anxiety worries I’ll get a mean priest. I just wish I could vet the priest before i went, im so fragile and broken right now any unkind priest would just shatter me and I really need to be handled with kid gloves. How did you find the nice priest?

You did well Anita. I went for my first confession in my 40's! I think maybe 45! haha I have done everything wrong in my life and I still felt that it was the right thing to ask God for help. We can do nothing without him. I even cried in Lament spontaneously one time while driving from church. A middle aged man in Australia haha. I'm glad I returned to the church to the one and only God.

I cry all the time now. It really sucks! I can’t help it. I am not a crying but actually very stoic. I cry at Mass and confessions and it drives me nuts! 🤣♥️🙏🏻

Hi I have a question to ask. What happens if you got confirmation or the Eucharist or something like that but didn’t actually believe(I’m pretty sure u did that anita)? Besides that being a major sin, would you have to get re-confirmed or something?

Hi no you don'y re-do the Confirmation because the grace by God was there...it was on my side the free will of not believing..so i can repent and go to confession for this and start agata with my faith
