The 2020 Skoda Rapid certainly has one of the best engines till date. The way it delivers power after the turbocharger has spooled up really gives you a fantastic driving experience. Although, the car does not have an Automatic Gearbox, the manual transmission is really smooth and contributes to a comfortable and stress-free ride. Furthermore the 6speed manual gearbox, which is a first in the car, contributes in achieving efficiency and acceleration which accrues the cruising experience as you drive. The brakes mated to this drivetrain have good stopping power, hence the necessity of having disc brakes in the rear is mitigated. The Suspensions handle the shock quite well while cruising which provokes you to drive the car at a normal speed but, also give you the desired exhilaration once you put your foot down. The car has been given one of the smoothest steering system till date, which certainly helps in manoeuvring the car in bumper to bumper traffic with minimum effort. Although the car has a dated design and does not provide some features like sunroof and wireless charging which its competitors offer, the driving experience of the car and the price really justifies the car’s variants available in the market. Overall, I am really impressed with the car and can say it's worth considering for that price at which it is offered. It really compels you to think it as a buying option before you turn your heads to its competitors
