It feels like it shows your "naked body" (I explain it really badly. English is not my first language 😉) The last dress, though, is amazing. You look absolutely STUNNING in that. The neckline suits you so well and the dress gives you an overall wonderful silhouette.

Hi Trina-Louise! I live in CA, USA. New to your channel & liking it very much! I tend to be a "hot body" year round. I liked the last 2 dresses on you. I thought they were flattering on you and would be cooler to wear in hot weather. I personally am trying to buy clothes that aren't black. I think black has taken over too much. I think we need to go back to having multiple basic colors. Navy, brown, black, gray, cream, white and maybe red, purple, Teal, Forest Green & soft pink too. Okay, I love colors. 😄💗. I only shop on Evans when there’s a sale because I find sometimes it can be quite overpriced! I once bought a pair of wide fit sandals from them and they snapped after two wears. So now I don’t trust them lmaoo

The green dress was a nice colour an style on you. It gave you a nice shape. I find Evans a hit or miss but generally only shop there on sales as it is a pricey shop.

When I was younger Evans was the only real place for plus sized clothes and they had the reputation for selling "granny clothes" and as a person is my early 20"s this was not cool! They were also quite expensive so I think they have come a long way in that time. It's sad that the shops are now nearly all closed as I live in Derby and the nearest shop for me to visit is Meadowhall. I don't buy from Evans often but have grabbed a few bargains in that time. Loved the green dress and last dress, though I am not a fan of showing off my legs with a slit as I have very large legs, but overall loved the video. 🤛👍

it seems like you tend to choose a lot of straight cut dresses. however, with your figure (mine too) that straight just really doesn't quite work. with your hip area being wider, in order for things to fit on top, they will be too tight on the bottom. if they fit on the bottom, they are going to look boxy and make you look larger over all. i, personally, tend to lean towards more empire waist items as that's my smallest part (i'm very large chested ) and it floats away from my bottom half. also, JUST MY OPINION, the longer sleeves seem to add an almost "granny" look to the dresses. having grown up in the 80s, before i needed plus size, plus size options were really limited and my mom and sister rarely had pretty clothes. in the 90s and early 2000s, i needed plus size and still options were lacking. now, i find so many cute clothes that i refuse to wear anything that doesn't make me happy. if something doesn't make you pop with a smile and make everyone you know compliment you, its not the one for you. the last dress you showed was a great cut for you. you looked really good in that one. that style would even work in the shorter skirt length that you like. thanks for sharing more of your shopping experiences.

I really liked them all, but my real favorites were the 2nd, and last one. You've got a lovely shape, and my insecurities are in the same areas, so it's great to see you really trying new silhouettes🤩 with the corrugated dress. I have to say, square necklines are not usually my favorite, but it was so cute on you! And that sassy slit on the side really would make it worth it👌

I really recommend the last dress I think you looked stunning in it and seems to fit your personality. I just found your channel so I am excitedly posting on everything. I feel like the clingy dress is cute but you would need to use a shaper which I think makes it more uncomfortable. Of course that is me because I have issues in the front with a large hernia.

I always find Evan's to be a hit or a miss sometimes their clothes are really old fashioned, in saying that I liked the last two, yes I liked the clingy with shapewear I think it would sit better be more flattering, the others I wasn't too keen on, thanks for sharing x

I don't do this much but the second time the chime. I believe I was watching a older video, I watch RU-vid on they TV. The black summer dress with the cut out shoulder, you ask how people wear it. If you were an American, on holiday just wear your bathing suit under that find of dress. I have been known to wear a strapless two piece bathing suit ( white or beige, very tight) under clothing. Bathing suit don't drive me crazy and being white or very small pattern you can get away if it.. Just an idea from a Canadian and who live von the prairie. Inside,stay well, Donna

Loved the last dress and the green color looked great on you. But for the fit of all the dresses except the last one was a no for me. But if you liked any if them, wear them! You have to be true to you.

The black and white dress is an O.K. dress, but I don't understand why they put long sleeves on a summer dress. I also don't understand why they would make a black dress for summer, isn't Black suppose to absorb heat? I also wish manufacturers didn't always use white as a background or main color all the time, I personally can't wear white against my face. I look like a ghost. I love the green on you, is the dress polyester? I find polyester to be very hot in the summer. I think the clingy dress is better than the long sleeve dress, it looks more like a summer dress with the short sleeves and v-neck. Oh, I Love the last polka Dot Dress! You can see the dots in this one, but you couldn't in the first dress, unless you were really close to the camera. This is the best of all of them!

I am one of these people that if you are not sure about it, then send it back... You could tell you were not really in love with any of them, so dont keep them. Spend your money on stuff you LOVE not like :).

I'd say pass on everything but maybe the last black and white dress. That one seems summer appropriate and looks great on you! But if you are really bothered by the neckline just pass on that one too! The other dresses weren't summer friendly and I didn't see a spark so much when you tried them. Return them and try another store! :)

I said it on a previous video. Although the clingy dress was a bit too tight on the belly, the look was more young than the second dress. Girl you are a young woman and your wardrobe is full of flowery dresses. Pick something a bit out of your comfort zone. Be a bit braver in your choises. Leave the flowery theme. I would be so curious how you would look!

Is it me or your face looks really blurry? Maybe it's the new camera?

They are go-to granny and haven't really evolved much. It's like yours clothing, they just don't get the trend right, or they deliberately cater to the older generation. I'm not even young, but I don't like lilac, grey, black and blue 80th huge flower sofa patterns, plastic fabrics and elasticated waist as a solution to everything. If they try to get into the trend market, they have to deliver trendy clothes it's that easy, and it's not done with one dress a season. I see the same cut tops that I saw 15 years ago, the same typical "big Lady cut" and blown up patterns. They really should know better that people don't grow in height only because they grow in width. I like their jeans, some shoes and maybe said one dress a season, but I have to wait for their sales because for the quality of the fabric (plastic, lycra, plus size typical patterns) I wouldn't pay their overpriced pricing. Sorry for the rant, but it angers me that those companies still seem to think we have no better choice, thankfully we do these days.

Evans is so overpriced so I hardly ever buy anything from them these days. They also are extremely old fashioned for the most part. I remember they used to do a range called Seven, which was fab! I remember I bought a pink PVC snakeskin boob tube and wore it with black PVC jeans and heels and I felt amazing! I’m 45 and if I think they are frumpy, than they’ve got problems.

Dress number one makes you look like a sack of potatoes. Sorry nothing to do with your shape but Evans tend to be bad fitting I have to say I live in Bahrain and its the only shop for plus size here . Once in a blue moon I get something really nice also most of there fabrics are cheap polyester, However there summer jeans and jeggings are excellent. I am de;ighted to see its not only here in Bahrain we get horrible clothes in evens. Ramadan Kareem stay safe stay at home.
