My first EVER book unhaul (unhauling 40 books!) 

I love used books that are already highlighted or annotated so donate away!

I voulnteer at a charity shop and we don’t take. Annotated or highlighted books . Maybe you can put the one in a free library in box if have any near you or donate that one another way

I've re read Shadowhunters about 500 times and I'm in the middle of again, re watching the whole series. It's got a choke hold on me. Same with After 🤭

I have to say that's pretty amazing you had the guts to unhaul a cassandra clare series. That's nearly every booktubers treasure lol I've never read the series tbh. But seeing you unhaul a huge series has me questioning myself too if I'll ever reread a past series and should unhaul it🤔

Just adding to other comments that I would imo rec donating to places for books versus charity shops with small book sections I worked in a charity shop in 2016 (so ik a long time ago!) but we often couldn’t sell all the books we had and would only send them to like one or two other stores before they were pulped. They were also a bit more fussy with highlighting bc they had so many options. Ofc books do sell there but some might be more likely to find a reader at a little free library or used bookshop ❤

[6:07] I volunteer at a secondhand bookstore and we take donations of books that are highlighted all the time. It might reduce the value a little bit? But I doubt any store would care. A donation is a donation :)
