I thin the n2 looks and sounds better then the n1, more subtle and deeper. Would be the perfect balance of volume and depth with uel headers. Subtle pops as well are great. The other exhaust that sounds great is the AWE touring ,but it's too loud for my tastes, and the popping on downshift is like a gunshot and gets oboxious.

Thanks for the vid - watched it ~20 times in research efforts for our new BRZ and ordered the N2. Surprised you shifted to the AWE Track. How do you like that?
Not too loud! It gets quieter after a couple hundred miles, most of the drone is around 2700-3000 rpm. Not really noticable after you hit the highway, personally like it!
I have this exhaust too on 22 BRZ. The drone I kinda got used to (it’s only pronounced off throttle), or maybe it settled in and got less boomy (there’s some stuff in the mufflers that have to burn off over some miles). But when I move, if my mom helps with the long trip, she’s gonna dislike it because she has sensitive ears. I’m wondering if this car needs bigger pipes like the new AWE ones (3”) to relieve some back pressure, but I dunno if that’s true. How many n/a 2.4 require more pipping? Then again, not many make this much torque lol
I agree! The new awe exhausts sound good but a little too loud in my opinion doh they don’t have much drone. Maybe I’ll try them out one day! Looking forward to the new exhausts in the future!

@@WayneBanga Had to come back to hear the exhaust from the outside lol (no one other than dealer has driven it). It does sound decent driving away (I wouldnt know lol). Upon further consideration I kinda want to try out the Remark (no mufflers) simply because it seems to crackle and pop a lot. Thing is I dunno how loud it is, this one makes me a little anxious around the neighbors (I leave at the same time daily). But the Remark seems to breathe better.
It does drone unfortunately, i will be upgrading in February to the AWE Touring which has no drone! Other than that the exhaust has been nice since having it! Video on it soon!
