In this video I tried to make Kimjang Kimchi (김장) for the first time. It was a super fun experience. I hope if you ever visit Seoul/Korea do try it. I am sure you guys will love it.

I wonder if it is easy to buy Kimchi in Brazil? and if yes it must be super expensive. btw it was really easy since teacher helped us a lot. One thing I was surprised was the small shrimps. I had no idea that we could add shrimps in kimchi as well

I remember once you mentioned that you are Muslim. I wonder if you strictly eat Halal food? Coz I have some Muslim friends who don't care but some do. The reason I mentioned that is because often here in Korean food there is pork involved.

So new and fresh Kimchi is usually spicy but the older it gets it becomes sour. So mine was spicy.
