My First Flying Lesson! 

@topgunkilla2 I guess they figure you'll be overwhelmed in your first flight that you won't notice or complain,everywhere I've been here in Southern California I have seen the instructor in the right seat, even on first flights, that is the whole point, showing the student the left seat. I guess it could be the instructors choice or even a first flight rule at some flight schools, but like I said if I'm paying for it I'm flying out of the left seat.

Nice!. I'll never forget my first flying lesson. I just felt so free up there! I didnt wanna come down.

Amazing! Reminds me of my first time! The other time, the pilot made me land the plane without his help! One day it will be your turn!

@FS2004ACoF Well, Flightsim is absolutely different from this. But if you have the flightsim skills, you will be able to handle the aircraft very quickly, so I was able to make nice turns and climbs without much difficulty! It responds very well, it's way different from your joystick but it just feels amazing when you can finally control an aircraft :)

NO WAY! I'm getting my first lesson next week, and that was as a brithday present also! What a coincidence! I'm gonna be flying a Cessna 150.

I don't know why, but I didn't really care. This is VFR flying so 99% of the times you have to look outside! He even covered the instruments with the VFR map because I was looking at the instruments too much at the beginning :D Thanks for watching!

@bertjuhh16 Ok, ik vond het erg gaaf, lekker weer met wat turbulentie, echt prachtig! Ken je dan ook de piloot die bij mij zit bij deze video?

@pikemaster92 Ok, maar dan neem ik aan dat je Nederlands bent :). Maar dat ziet er goed uit, daar zit dus ook allemaal theorie bij? Idd als je wat ervaring hebt moet het al veel makkelijker gaan, hopelijk is er nog werk te vinden na de studie voor je ;). Ik ben 15, dus ik moet nog 3 jaar middelbare school.

@BeaverLakeCommunity Yeah :). This was just a test flying lesson for my birthday but it are the first steps to the PPL ;)

@FlightSimFactory It sure is, different from Flight Sim, but if you have the skills of Flightsim already you get used to the real flying very fast :).

Very nice video, BUT..... What is up with these Dutch flight instructors??? They always seem to sit in the left seat, tell your instructor to get his butt in the right seat next time, if he is an instructor then he can fly that plane from the right seat too. It's your flight lesson and you're the one paying for he flight. Tell his ass to get in the right seat. Nicely done Evert, don't you love that little turbulence?

Ik vlieg en doe veel kantoorwerk daar; een van de baliemedewerkers
