I always thought I'd need a van to live on the road. It wasn't til watching you and No Perfect Plan that I realized I could totally make do with a smaller vehicle. Thanks, because of you, I'm going to achieve my goal of getting out on the road much sooner than I would be if I was saving up for a van! This is SO cool, I didn't know there was an entire community of Element-ers lol.
I've seen people living out of like corollas and stuff as well, it's really about how to make use of space and you absolutely must have fold down rear seats
I thought exactly the same. And am still sitting at home because I cant afford a van. Actually I have e pretty nice Mercedes A-class (I'd not know if you in the states name this model like that) but I could probably make something nice out of it.
This is so much better to handle then some of the other RV world. I am glad this little world exists. Thanks for bringing this community to us and educating us on Element Car lifestyle. Love it!
Looks like you had a great time. I love how you went around and included others. Talking to and meeting new people is a hard thing for me. You make it look so smooth. Great video! ✌🏽❤️
This was so awesome to see. Great job with getting out of your comfort zone and meeting some really cool people. It was like a community of all different types of people totally relating to one another. Love it!💜🙌🏻
I ❤ watching these video's of the element and seeing how people get so inventive with this car. Also, being a honda element owner, this car is so awesome.
That was heart-warming! For being out of your element you seemed like a natural at doing interviews. 😊 (I'm a long-time Jets fan, but I bet on the Eagles in February and probably jinxed them)
This was so cool. We need to find a way of posting this to Honda to see if they'd consider launching Element.2 I'm in New Zealand, so the bulk of our vehicle imports (new and secondhand) come from Japan 😊🚙🚙🚙🚙🚙
I've been in Honda's since 1983. Starting with a '79 Prelude, Interceptor (motorcycle), Accord, Civic, Odyssey, and now a Fit. Happy you've made a big event. Looked so cool to see all the variations of Element class vehicle. Now I want one real bad. And I wish for a Black stealthy model 4WD like yours. Next year please do more filming for us that live in Texas and will probably never make it to an event. Stay cool, appreciate you!
very cool mini tours. I have to say I am so pumped right now about the jump seat thing that one guy had. I am converting an expedition right now and have really been struggling with how to have a sitting space in the back. very cool thanks for sharing !!
I want an Element. All the kool kids have one. What an awesome group. Hope ya got some ideas for maybe your next upgrade. P.s Steelers fan here in California
Knees & Toes you F'd up for sure on selling yours, but, you can always be part of the Element family in spirit. Great viddy Rosa, welcome to the summer camp family. Cheers!
I’m trying to save money for an Element. Things not going well but still trying. That tattoo inspired one was fire! Nice content! Enjoy your adventures!
@@lifeinmyelement Thanks for taking time to reply. Yeah they are hard to find especially hare in japan cuz cars are usually very replaceable items and took ppl a little while to understand how good that car is, so most of them are just gone. Thank you again! Have a great one.
That's so cool! Kind of reminds me of the Overland Expo only with a bunch of Elements. I really enjoy seeing the different setups. It's crazy what people come up with. Glad you had a good time there!
Great video! I was also at the meetup though as a former elementer (gave mine to my papa as i upgraded to a honda odyssey for full time vanlife) sayin hi to everyone
Well you had a lot of fun....So many Elements, I always love watching people have Van & Overland meetups, it was nice to see your Element meet up......Lol sorry you couldn't find a Philly fan.... I should talk though because I'm from your neck of the woods & I like all Pittsburgh teams 😎
Hey Rosa, just got a glance of you at the PNW meetup, enjoyed seeing your tricked out Element, sorry we didn't get to chat. I've learned a lot from your channel. Marmie is my 2003 orange Toaster. See you at the next one! Safe travels.
Nice to see you amongst fellow Element owners. Some of the customized interiors were pretty amazing, but they weren't as sexy as Elrond. 😂 Elrond looking great after a bath and vacuum. I could never fit comfortably inside an Element being over 6ft. tall, but I can see how it works so well for you and people who enjoy traveling in the great outdoors. Safe travels Rosa... Go Phillies! ⚾ Sorry, I'm not a Flyers or Giants fan. 😟 Are we still friends? 🤩
Oh, Elrond is my baby, forever and always ❤️ and there's actually a decent amount of people over 6ft who live in their elements and they somehow make it work, but it definitely isn't as comfortable
Oh! You may know this but Honda Element made a camping kit for the vehicle. They are still available and adds to the real estate. These are so stinking cute
I loved the Honda Element, but was never able to buy one. I really wish Honda would bring the Element back. it was an aweosme vehicle and clearly before it's time.
Thank you Rosa for sharing this experience I didn’t know that so many people did overlanding in an element except for you my bad that’s awesome I love it oriole really enjoying this life doing what makes them happy I’m 💯 behind that God bless and take care Rosa❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yep, you confirmed you're from Pennsylvania since we only say "PA" :D I gotta admit, I was looking at a compact van like a the Ford Transit Connect, but seeing the Honda Elements in this video makes me want to check it out... sigh, too many good options!
You caught me sitting on top of my rig @ElementofExploring, hahaha not sure we actually chatted but I did see Elrond. Maybe next time we can introduce our selves.
My great, great, great, great uncle is Buffalo Bill Cody! My gramma is Ella Cody...He was buried in Cody Wyoming! My familys pictures are in the museum...😊
Well shit. I liked a lot of the builds you showed. Wasnt expecting so much varity of optiona for the element. Might have to look into it as an option for my own build.
I'm honestly thinking about buying one of these Elements. I like that it's like a mini mini van and 4x4. Is it full time 4 wheel drive? I know there are all wheel drive ones. All wheels are different than 4x4.
My husband and I have two Elements and we’ve always wanted to go tome of these! Looks like a lot of fun, especially the after party! We’re in Ohio, so we’ll have to find one on the east coast.
careful with those touch base car wash if you have thin clear coats. it scratches the clear coat and thats where the deterioration starts. would respray the clear at least once every 5 yrs or soon as you start seeing clear coat lifting.
I was really looking at elements when I bought my cuv a couple years ago ( I drove one for work for a couple years) this makes me wish I pulled the trigger.
