Absolutely love this upcoming build! I am running a 98 EK hatch with a JDM B16B Type R swap with LSD GSR transmission. Almost done with the boost set up. Just gotta hit you up for injectors and fuel pump next! Will definitely be following this build!

You do have an lsd trans, both wheels moving the same direction confirms it. My jdm gsr swap came with a lsd and both wheels while in the air the Same direction

The stuff on the window is from the top seal it’s like glue or something, the felt is probably gone. I have one that is doing that too.

On gears and gasoline he had to cut out his strut tower frames. And he welded on essentially an extension so he had enough room still to actuate because he auto crosses his EK and going through all the motion it actually hit the tower even though he wasn't that low.

Jdm gsr is like a usdm type r it comes with 10.6 compression and rated at 180hp . That motor at hmo is wroth $6000 these days

Compare the stock setup to a full bolt on setup after you do the intake manifold and injectors

Wait, they did the whole blackworks brace and arms but NO rear swaybar?! Thats like, the whole point of that mod. I'd, redo those toe mounts. Also would replace the trans fluid, those jdb lsd can be touchy when worn/dirty, and many ppl use the wrong fluid. Lol I remember when basemaps were the "hot shit" they were all awful, just added 10% fuel and raised the rev limiter to a very optimistic 9000rpm. Not sure you can call a b18c build budget anymore, but damn they love turbos. GSR intake is great for n/a if you tune the runner valve, almost like a 2nd vtec, but sucks for turbos and just one more thing to fiddle with. I bet a legit GSR tune with the intake butterfly wired up would beat whatever is flashed to it now. I'll trade ya an ITR or ITR-style aftermarket intake for it if you don't hav e one sitting already. With a port job they have killer intake velocity (but slightly less flow iirc) than itr.
