Payment Posting: Recording payments and managing patient accounts, including tracking payments from insurance companies and patients.
Denial Management: Handling claim denials by reviewing and correcting errors, resubmitting claims, and communicating with insurance companies to resolve issues.
Patient Billing: Generating and sending patient invoices, and working closely with patients to resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies.
