So glad i clicked on this video. Thank you so much for being open and sharing with us your journey. It really does add value when more people have these conversations. I relate to so much of your journey and its funny how 'similar' our lives are because I'm kind of in the same space in terms of the changes i had to undergo from being mentally ill and recovery from addiction as well. This was so fulfilling to watch and its encouraged me to continue doing the things that boost my life healthwise both mental and physical. I've literally loved the whole entire video, You absolutely did not leave out anything on the sub conversations. Literally you described my current space in life 100%... I mean from blocking😂..I used to delete numbers very fastttttt Then the whole conversation on Friendship dynamics sometimes being further a head of each other! that was a very eye opening statement.
