Glad you're still here Steve...I do know that once you have a heart attack, it will and can slow you down. Just take your time and don't over do it. I've slowed way down since mine and have trouble doing a LOT of things I use to do, but I still try. Glad you're back AND STILL here.

Been watching you slimming down and decided I needed to slim down also.... Last Fall I was 240 and as of this morning I'm down to 203 lbs. As you know, it all starts one day at a time.... So if it takes a couple of weeks for a whole month, I hope to be below 200 lbs soon. I had oven fried fish fillet for dinner tonight along with some home grown tomatoes and cantalope..

Sorry to hear about your heart disease I'm 66 I had 5 graft bypass at 48 I had no problems for about 15 years then 1 st heart attack then 2years latter 2nd heart attack I waited to long to drive to hospital so I damaged some heart muscle also had cancer of prostate that same year I'm telling u to eat right and stay active u will live a long time been watching u for 10 years now stay happy and healthy my friend im crappy fishing myself

Looks like a Bass Pro Rain coat but it must be an older model. Can't find that particular one on the Bass Pro website. I'm in the market for some new rain gear and I really liked the suit you had. Steve, I'm still following your weight loss adventure..... I was 240 lbs last fall and not I'm down to 203 lbs... Most people are always in such a rush to lose pounds fast, but I have done that so many times before.... just to gain it all back.... I want to get down to maybe 190 lbs, but if it even takes three more months to get there , I know its going to happen..... Still enjoying my Oven Fried Catfish / salad and Home Grown Tomatoes or cantolope..
