Agree... Austin looked like a beginner out there. Sticking the flag in before a golfer finishes his putt. Pay attention... Austin was too wrapped up in Micah, trying to be positive... he said "smoke it" right before Micah swings. You NEVER introduce clutter before a swing. STUPID. Positive re-enforcement has it's place. You mostly just shut up and speak when spoken to and if you want to help, then talk about stuff other than the round you're playing...

This tournament is the same as the first time you tried biking up that hill, it’s just the beginning to your success!!

The main thing you need to improve on is from 100 yards in. Learn more about pitching and chipping. I know your second round was a great improvement because I saw your score. Tighten up your accuracy on your drives. Maybe put the 2 iron away and trust your driver more. Overall great Job!

Remember folks, there are levels to this. There’s a huge gap between being a good RU-vid golfer and being able to compete on tour. I like Micah and wish him the best, but let’s be real. He’s competing to make the cut against players who are better than him. Former D1 players who spent their whole lives shooting in the mid 60’s. Micah is the smallest fish on the pond.

What a tough back nine, Tig & Austin! Austin did a fantastic job staying positive, and Tig did great just staying focused. We've ALL had rounds that just start falling apart, and it's often nothing to do with playing bad necessarily, just lots of bad breaks. Congrats for having the toughness for laying it all out there for the world to see! That's the most impressive part of all! I wish I could offer some advice, but your ten times the player I am! Just don't let it eat at you, brother! "The best golfer in the field is often the one with the shortest memory!"

Reality is he's a high school team level player. Shoots in the mid to high 70's or even low 80's like here in every tourney he's played. He has no consistency in his game at all and simply can't score. Imagine what he'd shoot if he played really tough courses. It would be mid to high 80's easily. All these people thinking he's this great player are beyond clueless.
