I'm so excited and I'm not even past the intro 😂 Finished watching - so so so beautiful 🥰 and so good to see you happy happy joy joy! And who wouldn't be with those beauties? That dragon alocasia 🥰 sigh. I have spathiphllium sensation, but I 5:51 love the texture on the diamond's leavesl. Rhaphidophora discursiva, mine have me my first split leaf this morning!!! Light light light for this baby or it'll run. Thanks for sharing🥰

I'm excited to see how your pink spot begonia goes. I was given a 10" one for free from a plant shop because the owner was sick of it's drama. I took it home and propigated it as the roots were gone. It propped all winter, got good roots...then I planted it in soil and it immediately died.

Before clicking on the video i sat down with my peace lily to swap it to semi hydro so when you'd do that with yours i was like 😮 i couldn't be bothered cleaning the roots off though so i swapped to no drainage instead 😂 Lovely plants! Try not to let those plant buying gremlins take you in again haha

Emma get that decursiva on a stake or trellis asap. Mine is 12 feet tall ! Grown in 2 years. And the dragons breath, find its home and leave it alone, in my experience, they don’t like to be moved and have their light level changed. Great haul, good luck.

Nice haul - I have the same peace lily and it sometimes has incredible variegated flowers. A couple of years ago it was spectacular but this time it's white front and green back. I'm assuming it's a lighting issue although it's still in the same spot. Also, the heterophylla dragon's breath does very well in ambient conditions so no need to take up space in your cabinet

When you get a new plant that’s full or growing roots out of the bottom of the pot, would you say give it time to adjust to your house and then worry about splitting, repotting, and moss poles? I added a moss pole to a monstera adansonii and then thought maybe I should have split the plant. Hate to go back in there and ruffle it up again.

Really looking forward to seeing you grow the raphidaphora. Mine loves to grow runners without leaves 😅. Also keep doubting whether to put it on a moss pole or not. Looks like yours also tries to escape the pot horizontally 😂

goo to see this unboxing video! they're my favorites! i liked the macrorhizza and the dragon's breath alocasia especially. by the way, i had an amusing anecdote about the dragon's breath, of which i was reminded by your surprise at its leaf size. many people aren't aware of just how big their leaves can get. at any rate, one summer i came back from overseas to visit my uncle. i found him upset and deeply puzzled because his old Vauxhall was gone. he could not believe a neighbor had stolen it, having lived peacefully there for many years, yet could not account for its whereabouts. well, long story short, his runabout was hidden beneath a dragon's breath leaf that had simply overgrown it in a growth spurt that spring. it's not a true story, and there's a song too. so that's something.
