I was coming down here to say that too! I think he's probably 28-29 because I think he was about the same age as my youngest cousin (who was my bestie). After losing her, the end of this song hits so much harder. But still a beautiful song. If you haven't already listened and/or reacted to it yet, try Lauren Alaina - The Other Side. Beautiful song, and makes me teary every time I hear it. 🤍🤍

Scotty's got a great voice. The Trouble with Girls, This Is It, Feelin' It and See You Tonight are a couple more really good songs to check out by him.

This song is really awesome. Sentimental and touching for sure. What position did you play in football? I definitely felt that lyric too! Definitely check out the Boys of Fall if you haven’t yet… that’s another one to get you in those same feels!

You *need* to react to Josh Turner!!! Also, Scotty's voice is actually really low, and they constantly had him singing in his higher range when he has an incredible bass range that they never let him sing in

He was born in 93. It was showing it at the beginning. I think 86 happened to be what the lyrics are. It's awesome they made so many home videos. I'm 39 and I don't know if it's because my parents couldn't afford a video camera or if I'm just old.
