Just want to reiterate that this was all shot before Covid and the pandemic hit! All footage was shot September 14th 2019! We are also in Aaron's old house too. It's so weird to see myself in an environment with people! I miss being able to do things!

Every female and woman should be working out but we all know how that narrative goes”Guy asks”Hey honey or babe how come I see you or how come you never work out all that much.Girls/Women:You need to worry about yourself and lose weight and not be so worried about me I can workout whenever I feel like it you guys always have to workout.I swear us as men can never give some criticism towards what a woman needs to do to improve her health but when a woman does it to a guy it’s a double standard.

@@MrPhresh25 Stretching before a workout probably isn't necessary and may actually make you weaker because you won't have as strong of a stretch reflex to help you push against the weight. Stretching is better after a workout because you are more warmed up (cold muscles don't like to stretch). That said, I don't think they stretched at all lol.
