Scott - I'm in trouble dude! I kind of had an adrenaline rush watching you bag these big bass and, well, I ordered a new FXR21 Apex! Having to drive from Florida to Houston to get it when it's done. Scott I used to work all over SC and for about 6 months was around Monks Corner and rented a house on Lake Moultre in a place called Bonneau Beach from Nov.untill early spring. I had a small boat the company I worked for didn't mind If hauled around. Most days Lake Moultre looked like the ocean at least the time of year I was there so I only got to fish a few days but found a great area to shoot ducks around Russellville flats. It's a beautiful lake and caught a few bass in same area. Thanks for sharing.

Going fishing with your dad in October, can’t wait. He was my hero as a kid. I grew up fishing Santee in the 1970s. Need to start back fishing it, but I’m way closer to Lake Murray. Keep up the great vids

I'm lucky enough to live close by santee. I absolutely love this lake. It has so much to offer. Glad to see another big tourney here. Wish yall came more often. That lucky kid got to hang out with some hammers and get some extra soft plastics for his next PB! Awesome vid Scott. Hope you enjoyed santee and hope you'll come back on your tiny bit of free time

Scott, I fished Crappie USA, Crappie Masters, SC Crappie and fished Santee a lot. The big part of Santee has logs in the deep water. Anything that was leaning had fish. Anything straight up and down we could not get a bite. I’ve caught over a 4lb and my best friend caught several at 5.

If the ice freezes the hatches again get a long extension cord and a hair dryer. Set it to hot high. It will thaw that hatch quickly and dry the ice at the same time so it won't freeze again unless it rains again. Us ladies use a hair dryer to defrost the refrigerator freezer, just keep the cord out of the way of any water 🙂

Been watching for over a year now. Fished my first bass tournament this past weekend on Texoma. 5 tournaments that day with 300+ boats on the water from those alone and then the Toyota series is there this week so it was packed. Didn’t catch a fish all day long.

Scott, we fished that a week after you guys did during the Hobie Bass Open, with 35 Mph winds, we tried to stay within the pockets to stay out of the wind. What area did you fish mainly and what baits did you use the most. We were able to catch a few with Wacky rigs, and spinner baits, but had some that wrecked them in current with a square bill. This is a wonderful lake, but I have a love hate relationship with it. For me it was like a one fish day for me. Finished 130 out of 200 with two fish. It was a grind for us all. Enjoyed the video buddy.
