He’s is the reason I even chose to start having a bigger voice when it comes to this cause I could understand how helpless he felt going through certain things. I watched every part of your video and I am one that despite my mental issues that I have, I remain positive. My 15 yr old daughter was hit and killed by a dui driver and I forgave the woman and we plan on advocating together. I always talk and open up about stuff. I am diagnosed with major depressive disorder, anxiety and ptsd. I self medicate using marijuana. I refuse meds from shrinks. I have been through a lot in my life and I never let it get me down and I try to be supporter of others .
Sorry for your loss, the forgiveness is inspiring, and I too find marijuana to be a healthy more beneficial medication than most prescriptions I have tried with way less side effects and problems.❤

RU-vid “Carnivore mental health” and there are numerous videos showing how it helps with depression, anxiety, dementia, brain fog and other mental health issues. @@TheDonDann from my own personal experience, I have learned so much about how the body functions and how the world is getting sicker due to our consumption of the wrong foods. A lot of the illnesses are reversible by changing our diet….but the medical industry just wants to put us on drugs for life. It’s a big eye opener for sure!! One of the biggest issues that needs to be normalized is people (but men especially) being able to reach out to others when they are suffering something. Love for each other is THE answer. If everyone would answer each other in love, react to each other with love, and treat each other with love and respect..how much would that change the world?That might be a pipe dream simply because it has been ingrained in us to avoid emotion to be a "real man", but it is certainly a worthy goal to aim for. Man, you crying on video wouldn't stop me from watching you. I am a huge fan of reaction videos, especially Ren songs BECAUSE of the emotions it evokes in people. Sometimes I feel like an emotional vampire, like its the only way I can feel anything, so..keep you attitude positive, stay on the path to understanding what makes your mental health drag so you can alter course when needed. Im alergic to the main aniti malarial for north africa and had malaraia plus amoebic dysentary. Ive been resuscitated twice and i stay strong through content like this. Fuck kanye youve got some flow brother. I grew up in a place where we were the only africans in the community. My father got a taxi once and asked for the driver to stop at an atm. He took him straight to the police station. He also chased down a mugger in london and they arrested him, not the mugger as he was white and my dads 8.5 on the blackter scale. My grandmother has tribal scars and tatoos. 3 across each cheek and blue lips.

When I was 20, I wrote down 10 things that I did not like to much about my self. (I promise you...that is hard). Then I startet working on nr 1 til I felt I had control of it. Then I went to nr 2 and so on. But this is never ending. People around you change, the world change and you change with it. I am now 55 and I dont watch Tv, I control my time with news because that can make you frustrated and scared). But this made me learn alot about myself as a person and it made me strong and confident.

You can look at it and it becomes very real. Most people today are superficial and looks for the wrongs in others instead of themselves. If you want to advice I can help you, I did this at schools and companies etc... I studied counseling, I was a therapist in addiction centers... trauma, damn pick my brain if you want to. I can also just direct you to the few and far-between, psychiatrists that keep real.
