Thanks so much! There's a whole world of crazy effects in screen printing, this is only a small fraction of it. You can also take those effect additives and combine them in different ways to make something totally new, it's kind of crazy. I really want to go deeper into it over the next year or two to see what I can come up with after I figure out the techniques, the creative possibilities are endless🙌🏻

Using puff , let say a color print , you need 2frames of the same artwork , which on the first frame you will print the normal ink as a base ,flash it then print ( 1 or 2 times ) with the second frame which you have mix a little puff ink with ( same color ink ) then print again with the the base bright ink ( frame 1) then raise the T-shirt from the pallet before a flash , and here you go you will definitely get the result you are looking for .try ...

Mix the puff base with a little white base apply 2 passes of that mixture and pre-dry a little later apply two passes of normal white base on the puff base and in the same way with the red color and then pass it through the oven and you will notice the difference Sorry if it is not well written but I used a translator since I live in Mexico and I don't know much English. I hope my explanation is good

Your fails along with your successes are what draw the people to your vids... please don't ever try pretending you don't make mistakes. I honestly like watching your pre-analysis followed by your post-analysis... success or failure... except that I dont TRULY label any of your vids as failures (thank God for editing, eh? Lol) because the best part is you keep trying until you have succeeded. Your success may be in the form of a quality product OR in the form of knowledge and experience gained which you share with your followers. Keep putting in the fucking work and keep being real with the real people who are watching! 😎 "A tip of the hat to you good sir!" (Said by me, but in the voice of Ron Burgundy)

Try Rutland puff additive..10-20% max Don’t put base for puff part. If you are printing any pms colour : Hit one stroke (puff)use 34t mesh screen flash it until it puffed - hit one more stroke 43t mesh screen flash it again - one more hit with normal ink 62t mesh screen to give smooth finishing. (3 screens in total) You will get puff print the way you want. This is how we do our production. And for black- use the same method but use normal black on the top of the puff black. This way it will stay black not grey. Tint: more flash means more puff and it won’t die or come off

Going automated use a pretty huge investment, close to 6 figures or over by the time you're done. You should make sure you have the work for one first, and make sure this is something you truly want to do. So go manual to start and build up

It definitely takes the right design application. This stuff can do some amazing things that I've seen, I just have to figure out how to make that happen because this definitely isn't the way 😂

Lee and anyone using Nu Puff.... I spoke with Steve Hedge at Wilflex a few years ago after not getting the results I was looking for with the new Puff Base he recommended using EPIC FLEXIPUFF ADDITIVE for better results. Good Luck
