My First Track Day With My Built B8 A4! (So Many Turbo Noises!)

You asked for it, so here it is. A video tracking the B8 project, with several minutes of pure exhaust and turbo audio. This was one of the most fun experiences I've ever had with a car, so you can definitely count on seeing more in the future. Thanks to the Central Wisconsin Sports Car Club, CWSCC, for organizing this lapping day, and to USAIR in Shawano for allowing it to happen!

Picked up a S4 B8 and I’m taking it to my second ever track event next month! Very excited. Learned a lot from this channel and I’ll be modifying it later after the event for the handling, suspension, etc.

track days are stupid fun. I have a mk6 golf R, that's been my track weapon, it's got all the suspension mods, brakes etc and it's more fun that should be legal, I just got an a4 b8 Avant and since I know I'm going to sell the R I am going to have to do something similar to my Avant. Good times!

Amazing quality video man. Love all the noises too! This reminds me of my first track day experience with my B9 A4. It’s incredibly addicting and as you learned street tires absolutely can’t take the heat lol

You're developing micro cracks in the body of the car with this sort of driving. And the stiffer suspension does not help but works exactly to exacerbate the condition. A good move is to consider a cage, at least it will solidify he suspension seat points minimizing their motion.
