This agent deal could definitely go wrong. Since they have 30 clients Rose might need his agent, but all the other (bigger) players will 100% take more attention. Which might cause issues, for example he gets a deal but his agent is away. I think growing with the small agency would've been better.

Bench and deadlift are both useless for footballers, doing more explosive exercises is better for athletes, building huge body mass isn’t useful and could lead to future injury

Reccomendation: I recommend u staying at Brentford for another season as it will help your performance improve and attract interest from other clubs and also boost your sponsorship deals, p.s. try developing matthew into a LM OR RM as it will help him become more versatile on the pitch. Staying at brentford would make it more realistic aswell. Wish u luck
