From 2018 to 2022, my dad worked on RAF Lakenheath. I actually got to stand on one of the 15s during an event held in one of the hangars! I’ll never forget this base, but if you do get on it, avoid the Taco Bell- before we left, someone working there posted on the confessionals page that a dead rat had been found in the meat… so they scooped out the rat and mixed up the meat 😂
@@Noodles207 It’s all protein 🤭. How cool to get to stand on one of the F-15’s. I had only seen the base from the fence and driving past IRL. But virtually I know it quite well. I need to get around to making a VR video experience.
It was a really windy day, and that’s fair comment. I had not planned to make a video, and it’s footage that I had taken on my phone for myself that I decided to share. Next time I go back, hopefully the weather will be better.
