I feel like I completely understand! I do a film and tv production course and I put so much time and effort into making various things for my course that when I have the time to make the things I want to, to experiment and such, I just want a break from production.

jocy we are like twins! i would love to be able to talk about pretty much everything you mentioned in this video because i've got exactly the same issues - my anxiety sprouted from self consciousness and it took me to a pretty dark place, i actually had a full blown anxiety attack last week. x_x that was scary. but i have the ibs symptoms which i think may be what i thought my lactose intolerance was, and it all seems to be linked in. i hope you're doing well though, and i'm always here!
