Social media is designed to make people miserable and inflame tensions that were already there. That's great that most of your classes are online. Nice to see your classmates. That's great that you didn't do any impulse buying. That's too bad the weather isn't good. Leftover chicken curry sounds yummy. That sounds like a great day. A croissant with pesto sounds yummy, too. Sounds like you got some good reading done. That sounds like a great breakfast, but having protein at breakfast sounds like a great idea, too.

You mentioned protein in the morning, make sure your peanut butter is 100% peanuts, not the sort with preservatives. That's actually really good natural protein. I love a piece wholegrain bread with an egg (or two) and avocado on toast. It really keeps you going and hardly takes any effort at all. Otherwise, my day-to-day is oatmeal (for example overnight oats - there are tonnes of recipes available online) or muesli with a banana. You could add a banana sliced on your peanut butter on toast. It's actually really good. 😊

Isn't it nice to get back into the swing of things Jess. Hanging out with friends, school just life itself. I'm worried about you walking alone though, take a friend with you, for safety. Okay enough mommying lol, my youngest is a little older than you. Take care and have a wonderful day.
