fun fact from an Exercise Science major: muscle memory is a neural thing. the more training you do, the more your muscles know what size and how many motor units to recruit when exercising. AKA the faster and easier it will be to get back into the groove after coming back from a long break.

The "having a crisis because I just realized I'm closer to 28" comment (min 3:29) hit me hard lol. I'm about to start my MSc at KCL and I'll be 27... I have friends who finished their freaking PhD at 25 😂... It's fine, it's fine, I'll eventually get there haha.
