Six years ago I didn’t like the way I looked or felt so I decided to make some lifestyle changes. I do a lot of what you do. I exercise at minimum 4x a week. I lift weights and right now I use a rebounder for cardio. I cut out processed food, drinks, and sugar 80% of the time. I eat what I want when I’m with family or friends. I drink water. I do intermittent fasting. I need to get more sleep, but that’s a struggle I hate cooking and I’m not the best with food meal prep so that’s always a pain. 😂 . It’s always a journey because life is always changing. There is no quick fix which I find people want. It takes effort and dedication. The results are 100% worth it. Your results are impressive. Great job!
Fruit and nuts are my fave snacks. Vital Proteins lemon collagen protein in water curbs my hunger. I drink protein in almond milk (no sugar) and make smoothies.
I was having a tough day today but I decided to get my bum outside for a run while I listened to this video and it really cheered me up! Even going for a short walk is a great way to burn some cals and train your brain to crave exercise.
Congrats! Working out first thing the a.m. is awesome, you get it DONE and it becomes a habit...and i've found your body craves sleep earlier which is great.
Chelsea... I feel you on every single point you made. Sustainability is key, you have to sort of re-parent yourself around food sometimes, and be kind to yourself if you choose to indulge at times / just readjust. I've found it relatively "easy" this time. I mentioned in another comment that I've lost 70lbs since November I believe, but that's because I was the biggest I'd even been and the weight just kinda fell off. About 25-35lbs more to be in what I've figured out is a healthy weight range for me. I have high muscle mass etc. Anyway, it's nice to know that you are on a journey as well and thanks so much for sharing.
Love your results. Sugar cravings are kicking my booty. I’m in my early 40’s. Had a baby last year. I swear weight loss is none existent. I’ve been concentrating on my protein and fibre and water intake. I have a gym membership since last year and I was going consistently but no change. Now I’m not consistent anymore. I’ve been doing home workout using Heather Robertson videos because I love weight training. Now that it’s warm here I’m gonna start walking again. When they say it’s a journey….girl it’s a journey. Thanks for taking us along on your journey
Yes! It’s a journey that often times seem unrewarding and just really hard. And having a baby at home makes things that much harder! Be kind to yourself and just try your best to stay consistent. We are in this together!
I loved to watch and listen this, dear Chels, and i'm so super proud of you!!!👏👏🤩🤩🎶🎶🎉🎉It's difficult to loose weight, and you're such an inspiration dear, and i think for everybody here, love you!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I remember someone telling me that it's really all about what you put in your mouth that matters. Exercise of course always is a must but for the most part eating the right foods will drop the pounds!!!! So happy you're seeing such a good results, yay!!!!!! 😊
I’m so glad that you have been enjoying My Net Diary as much as I have and that my recommendation was so helpful! I sometimes enter the foods that I plan to eat ahead of time so that I can ensure I have enough calories for dinner and snacks cuz I tend to get hungrier as the day goes on. I love that you talk to yourself like you do to your kids. I need to do that and too! 🤣 I have been trying to find the best things to crush my sugar cravings. I have been trying to add Green tea without sugar or honey and it worked today. If you really want something fruity, I love peach or raspberry tea. It’s hard without the sugar or honey, but you get used to it. You can make it hot or iced. No calories and a good way to get extra water in plus the herbal teas are caffeine free. Please continue to share. I love these videos.
Thank you so so so so much for sharing MyNetDiary with me! It’s been a game changer! And that’s a smart idea to log what you think you will eat so you can stay within your calorie limit. I’m so glad you have been enjoying this content! I’ve been loving it too
You know to me it seems like its easier to tone things up rather than to see the lbs dropping off. Im having the same issue. I know its because of my caloric intake! But its nice still to see those areas getting toned!
