Powder coat the rims black. The powdercoater will blast the rims for you as part of the powdercoating. Do them semi gloss to hide the imperfections and then drive the truck as a daily driver. This will make a good work truck.

You’ll have good luck with the truck, and definitely got a good deal! Watch out for the oil pump belt if you plan to keep it a while. 2.7L is perfect for a shop truck that is only hauling a trailer occasionally.

I like your truck... And the price is absolutely approved 👍 If it was mine, though, I'd change some things... I would change the front and rear lights to black LEDs, I would buy new rims, and some bigger tires, and then I would fit a full-size roof rack (mexican-workman-style) with a lot of work lights on and with an LED bar on the front. But hey... You do you... Its you truck 😉😎

When is the next vTuned vs GoonzSquad Chooching Competition? I'd say McLaren vs Lamborgini I-24/I-75 to the GA Line and back! I've got my money in hand and it's on ....... Maybe a Sam Crac entry, but he's better to watch from the side in his "Far-Rarri," if it's running. Personally, I would have lowered the front end by removing the leveling pucks. If I wasn’t planning on putting some 35s on it it looks kind of silly with those little bitty tires sit would make it ride so much better the way it sits now it has virtually no give in the front end.

Hey bro if that is a 3” it looks like a 3-3.5” you can run 35s on those wheels no issues at all. And should still tow just fine. Nitro ridge grappler load E run like 45-50lbs of pressure in em. Heavy I run 65 in rear

If the rims were on it in the wreck, you should go ahead and replace them. They could bent, if the have a gouge in them I'd replace it. Gouges leads to small cracks. My Honda was wrecked and they didn't replace them before I got it. I had a bent rim, 2 with gouges and 1 with a crack. It was a light hit in the front fender.

Do body shops get paid for estimates? You mentioned the frame markings, saying they just wanted to jack up the estimate. But then they are just going to blow up the estimate and they won't get anything when it's totalled.
