I noticed in your gameplay when you were in your first form, you stopped absorbing people. I thought it was odd at first, and then I thought, "Wait, he was going to absorb the first person he spared. I wonder.." and then I was proven right as when Cell once again went for the absorption process you stopped and ran away. You didn't want to execute anybody and take them out of the game, instead you gave them a chance to live and play on while simply downing other players. Your form HAS matured, and it hasn't gone unnoticed.
One thing I've noticed is that once cell does his Kamehameha in his first form you see he puts his fingers in a formation to make it almost seem as though he has three fingers. He does this cuz in the manga he supposed to have three fingers instead of five. But they gave him five fingers in the anime. It's weird that they would make it so that he's modeled with five fingers but he acts like he has three during certain attacks

It's pretty active but you are gonna meet the same person a lot. Steam version has the most people atm. Also, crossplay is coming next season so there's gonna be a lot more people to play with.
