that is an AMAZING collection of pens. I splurged and bought one pen 2 years ago, just one. That was fine and did the trick...till I discover the world of ink!!! Now every months I have new pens coming in and my partner just keeps shaking his head saying "I don't get it, you can only use one at a time". Great storage solution that I think I might have to adopt from you. Thanks for sharing it! New sub and I am eager to see what else I can learn from you.

Thanks so much for posting this! These items have worked well for delivery to me in Canada. I like being able to use a greater variety of my pens by having them all within reach. I also wrote the inks on little strips to place under the pens, so I won't forget what's in them. The strips aren't visible when the pens are on top.
I really enjoyed seeing how you organized your pens and small bottles of ink. I would love a desk tour and/or more videos on how you have organized things!
Great video! I have that same black pen case, but I have way out grown it. These drawers are such a neat idea. I’d love to see more about your desk and you inks. That rack is a cool idea too.
You've prolly already bought the extra pen drawers, but may i recommend (seeing you have one slot on each end of most drawers, enough for around 16 pens or so) to get insert one pen into the far corners of each drawer, which would be enough to fit 1 single drawer's worth of one of your pens to add the extra sideways drawer to whichever one you empty out from the space. I pray i made sense, it's your storage, so this is just a humble efficiency suggestion. May God bless you!
I haven’t bought them yet, though they’re in my Amazon cart. 😬 That’s a good idea! My only struggle is that those end spots are a bit more narrow because I had to cut into them a bit to get a tight fit in the drawers. So wider pens - even TWSBI ECOs - don’t sit just right in those end spots. They crowd against the side of the drawer a bit. I’d have to split up a bunch of my thinner pens to put in those spots. In hindsight I maybe should have cut into one side a little more and the other side a little less. I am considering taking the Retros out and moving some pens up, then turning a lower drawer into a horizontal tray! Or I may just wait and deal with it when I need the space. The Mandrake is so pretty! 😍 I keep it inked with Diamine Marine, which is one of my favorite inks and matches the material perfectly. But I also love lots of magenta-purpley inks, so I may have to switch it up next time!
I have something similar with 2 Muji acrylic boxes with 5 drawers on the bottom and 2 Osco acrylic boxes with 3 drawers on top of them. I just didn‘t add any trays, I put my pens in next to each other because I don‘t mind them touching and it‘s not like I throw them in there, I usually place them inside gently. :)
The Muji drawers are so nice! I wouldn’t mind putting them in next to each other on some felt or something, but since the pen trays were available I went all in 😂 Plus it lines them up so neatly! But I could definitely fit more without the trays. 😉 Good for you for being less finicky than me, lol! 😄

Have you thought about just moving your pens up that fit in the trays that go front to back and then just having one door at the bottom going side to side I think that might be better than buying a whole Nother set of three drawers
