A lot of people visit Australia to backpack around, and then don't leave because they have so much fun and fall in love with the country. I know a lot of people who came for a few months and then decided not to leave. Make sure you don't just hang out with other travellers though, try to meet the locals. We're very friendly and love showing people our country :)
I'm kinda a homey girl, but I'd 100 % travel if I had a small group of my closest friends :) Ps. I'm now inspired to travel alone after watching all of jade's vlogs :)
Making me so excited for my trip! I’ve been to Sydney before but only Sydney for two weeks. Next year I’m going to Thailand for 18 days, Bali for 2 weeks then Australia’s east coast for 6 weeks! 🤗✈️🇮🇩🇹🇭🇦🇺
Ahhh jade I travelled Australia in 2013 when I was 18 too! I spent 6 months there working/ travelling and had the time of my life! Fraser Island was the best - I had the exact same experience from the dingoes hostel with free pancakes to the party shed and the goon games and singing haha it’s brought back so many memories! So glad you also had the best time - the bond you experience with everyone by the end is insane isn’t it?! Ahhhh I miss it all so much!

I'm from the UK but I currently live in Sydney and have travelled up the east coast too. I did the exact same Fraser Island tour as you from the 24th to 26th of December, it was so incredible spending Christmas there with an amazing group of people. I'm so glad you've had a great time!! xx

Gotta get out and see the world, experience different cultures and spend time with different people. It's your choice but I do think it helps you to be more aware of the world, see things from a diff perspective and improve yourself as a person.
