My Free Hugs Journey 

I brought Free Hugs to my college campus, inspired by Juan Mann, I wanted to spread the love! At first an idea for my speech class, to inform students on the "six second hug". How hugging for at least six seconds allows the oxytocin and serotonin, the "feel good" chemicals, to react in your brain, to feel the good feelings! I had such an amazing experience! I can not wait to do it again! Share the love. Mollify the world.
