My favorite part of Witch Queen is when I was 21 hours deep into the raid in day 1 and my friends who weren't doing the raid started thirsting over the raid boss in my group chat so in-between getting punted like a football I had to read messages about them wanting him to step on them. When Megamind ended up being the ultimate baddie I guess they needed something hot to cope with and R Hulk helped.

For me, my favorite part so far has been the new approach to storytelling. It’s still very hard to keep track of just what is happening in the destiny universe, but there is a clear shift in intention going on. There are way more cutscenes and voiced dialogue than ever before, and it is making the events of the story feel much more impactful.

Well what they have done differently in this DLC is reward the players that actually have stayed with the game and enjoy the story. There will always be players that don’t give a crap and just want to enjoy the gameplay (which is 100% fine, good for them, play how you want to) but a lot of the DLC has been a fairly generic formula that appeals to everyone. - Meet new enemy - Get new power - Kill enemy lieutenants - Kill boss enemy It’s a tried and tested storytelling device that is easy to understand by anyone. But with this DLC, it doesn’t do that and instead gives enjoyment to the people that have kept up to date with the lore. It’s a shame that the group didn’t seem to fully comprehend the whole memory plot-twist, but they were having fun so that’s all that matters :) Not everyone has to be as into the story as me

@@dan584 Back in D1 we got our first (I think it was the first) lore book similar to how the D2 lore books are organized. The book was The Book of Sorrows writen by Oryx, Savathun's brother. It mentions this cataclysmic event that'll wipe out the Krill, the race the Hive were before, when all their moons will line up. We learn in this DLC that one of the moons was actually The Traveler who was gonna bless them with the Light and the one who told them about this event was a servant of the Darkness. The three siblings Oryx, Savathun, and Xivu were tricked into thinking that they and their planet would die if they didn't make a pact woth the Worm Gods. Thus causing them to be subservient to the cravings and needs of the Worms. TL;DR Sava and her siblings were tricked by the Dark to become what the Hive are today and we didn't get the full story of it until this DLC

The campaign is a lot better than Forsaken. The rest is a little bit better than Beyond Light but still far behind Forsaken. I think Bungie really needs the help of an external development team, they had Vicarious Visions helping them during Forsaken and i think this is the reason why it was so good.

My favorite part of the witch queen is the crafting. I really enjoy being able to level up my weapon, and with a date that shows when it's crafted, it would really help me see how far the weapon has come since the day I crafted it. The enhanced perks are also very cool too, a little extra feature that I'm rewarded with for grinding my ass off.

I absolutely loved the legendary campaign with friends. I ran through it once on solo and it was difficult but nothing too crazy. Then with a 3 man fireteam it was ridiculously tough. Felt like a GM that lasted 8+ hours. Super fun to play. @DQuaxx

Favorite part of Destiny, the difficulty. Played it all solo and it felt extremely rewarding to beat it. Fighting for my life against the witch queen instead of how it was like during previous expansions where you could just grab some gear from lost sector and beat the campaign with ease.

My favorite part was using the glaive melee cheese and the suppressive glaive mod to funny poke my way through the legend campaign. That was also one of my favorite parts. The campaign didn’t have any fetch missions and the missions were long and difficult. The story itself was amazing too. @Kell of Stupid

My favorite part of The Witch Queen? There's a lot of good stuff to talk about, the amazing new subclass, the awesome campaign, the fun new raid, but my favorite part has to be experiencing all of this amazing content with Friends. Completing that raid for the first time, knowing that its new and is something comparatively few people have done... That is a moment I don't think Ill ever forget. Sadly I have no Twitter account to claim a code, but I just wanted to say how amazing the experience has been. And to think, I never would have given the game a try were it not for Zanny. So thank you, for the amazing content and the memories.

My favorite moment of Witch Queen has definitely been weapon crafting and the choice it offers. I love how it makes the game more accessible and less grindy.

My favorite part about the new expansion is the subclass void 3.0 it's so expandable with the plenty void items and amazing void based weapons like i have a build with telesto & nothing manicles it's so awesome

My favorite part about this dlc is the new difficulty. Like before I’d mindlessly beat level after level with ease and I really felt nothing but finally beating Savathun after 15 tries made me feel ALIVE. Like I felt like I EARNED that victory. I haven’t felt that in a video game since Dark Souls. @KingTr1pp

It took me a damn hour and I did it with just me and a friend of mine with shitty gear. The final moments were nerve-wracking because we both agreed to give up if we died again. That electric attack especially was such a pain in the ass. The worst was at one moment me and my friend believed my friend already died once (he didn't, our brains were just melting) and then near the last moment, he died. Then I realized I could revive him. He almost alt-f4'ed before I told him so. We also gave up on that thead cut thing. Just killed 2 wizards and decided to just make do with reduced damage. x2 thread doesn't vanish so you don't have to kill 3 wizards 20 times. But you deal less damage.

my favorite part was learning that she didn't 'STEAL' the Light, but it was GIVEN to her and i feel as if the Light knows that now that her throne world is bathed in Light it disrupted Rhulk's, the Witness's, and the Scorn's plans within her throne world.
