Several days ago a random women (non muslim) comes up to me and wishes me happy Ramadan and gave me many good wishes and went on her way. I don't believe in the existence of a supreme being myself. So I was in the gym and got into a discussion with a Muslim guy. He urged me to be more spiritual, he didn't want me to convert to Islam, he just wanted me to discover God in any religion. I was so impressed with this guy, how many Catholic priests would urge you to become a Buddhist, or Muslim?. He was a wonderful ambassador for the Islamic faith. I'm still not a believer in God, but I don't follow the media's portrayal of the average Muslim, I judge them by my own experiences with Muslims.

Muslim’s are the most caring people I’ve ever met. My family doctor is a Muslim and I consider him my best friend, he cares and gives the greatest advice for my daughters and myself. My hairdresser is also a Muslim, I can tell her my deepest secrets and she doesn’t judge. My dentist once again is a Muslim, they are family owned, when I had to get a tooth pulled I had a panic attack after the freezing part and he didn’t walk away from me. He sat beside me and told me I was going to be alright, he talked to me and got my mind off the tooth that needed to be pulled, when he did pulled my tooth out he said it will be done within one minute, he had the tooth out in 20 seconds lol! This really breaks my heart that people of other race carry this much hate towards the Muslim community when in reality they have a heart of gold 💛 Oh and if I was there, the lady would of been stretched out on the floor 👊🏼

I reverted few years back. When i was a non Muslim i had no idea what the Qur'an is what's written in it. What do they discusse in the masjid. It's been 6 years and believe me all they teach in the masjid is how to be a good human. The imam barely speaks about other, it's always how to be a good human do good deeds for the sake of Allah.
