I felt the spirit so strong during this. Pam is an amazing woman. She is VERY loved by our Father in Heaven and Savior, Jesus Christ. I felt that while she was talking.
Thanks for sharing this story. I'm a convert, too, having joined over 40 years ago about a year after I was married. I had no support from family or friends, not even my husband. But I knew I had to join.
Watching from Uganda love your conversion story.when I meet the missionary they told me to that I was joining the devil church and those Mormon have book of devil they don't use bible.they pray necked.they have underground go down.this anti LDS doctrine made me fear.so missionary invited me to church I came but what people talked about I did not see in the church and people were not praying necked.and my first day at the church I enjoyed the service and it was peaceful compared to my former catholic church.i investigated the church for 11 month.befor I was baptized my baptism was miracle in the fast and testimony Sunday I had a voice calling me by name dramadri why is that you don't want to be baptized you know want the missionary taught you to be true.wheh I had this voice coming to me over and over I began to feel in comfortable and I began to cry till I decided to go to the pulpit to bear my testimony that I need to be baptized today unfortunately when I went in front seat waiting for the next person to bear his testimony but the first councilor said that the time was over.then I asked God what should I do the the thought came to me I should write a note saying Wilson dramadri need to be baptized I gave the councilor he announced and I was baptized.nie am happy to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints.
Amazing! I also had the Jehovah's witnesses knock on the door at the same time I was studying with the LDS church also born again Christians showed up. I did study with the Jehovah's witnesses for over a year even after I was baptised. They have truth but when you go deeper their scriptures do contradict each other. At the time I was having out of body experiences of which I could find no answer, this was early 90s so know internet. The saints understood that perfectly, and was able to explain it to me. But Jehovah's witnesses did not believe in the spirit. This helped me make the right choice. Also being able to ask God for yourself and get a answer providing you are sincere and have real intent, also faith in Christ Our Heavenly Father will reveal it to you!
Hello , Pam! Your daughter is beautiful like her mother! ❤ You are absolutely right about God helping us heal from the hurt and pain from others actions. We can overcome. 🙏❤💪
Thank you sister pam for her heart felt testimony regarding her conversion process ! It's beautiful and her words are encouraging! By the way , I love this host and I felt he's perfect one to host this channel , as compared to other hosts from saints unscripted! But those hosts had their own charm and strengths too ! But this host makes me feel like it's a elder missionary talking to me ! It's mind blowing ! I know my heavenly father loves me and that I love my saviour too! Amen 🙏
Problem I have with Mormonism is the god of Mormonism might not be the most powerful and most knowledgeable and most awesome God in any universe anywhere He is an exalted man The entertainment of thoughts about GOD that are unworthy of Him is what intellectual idolatry is Great religion outside of that imo
The God of Mormonism is the most powerful and most knowledgeable and most awesome because his children ( creations ) can become like him. The concept that God is an exalted man in my opinion strengthens the relationship between God and man and emphasises heavy on the saying that he really ‘understands what we go through’. If Jesus Christ has a body and suffered in that body then it must make sense for God the father to have a body as well, didn’t Jesus say ‘he who hath seen me, hath seen my father’ ?
Eric, you know how you believe JESUS is GOD. GOD came to earth in the form of Jesus our SAVIOR and died for us and went back to heaven as God. It's actually very similar to us other than the fact we believe that JESUS is GOD'S literal SON (john 3:16) sent to save us and is now in heaven sitting on the right hand of God as Stephan saw in ACTS 7. We don't think GOD was once a man like We are mortal born of EARTHLY PARENTS. He was a god like Jesus was when He came. Perfect without beginning or end. We think God was once a holy being like Jesus is. And God send His son to earth to save us and we will all live with GOD and Jesus again if we believe in Him. So basically, it's very similar to your beliefs we just understand the trinity different just a few more pieces to the puzzle. Anyways, whether we understand doctrine differently we are Christian cousins and the most and only thing we need to know is the salvation comes IN AND THRU JESUS as taught in the holy Bible Book of Mormon and modern day prophets! He is coming again! Let us gather His children! He wants us to inherit all that He has! Roman 8:16
I appreciate your honesty...the thing about this though is that faith is so important...some things we can believe intellectually but believing intellectually can b a can of worms and requires no faith bc your belief is almost intellectual competition whereas spiritual confirmation comes from God, himself...it can't always b explained and we learn as we go and it is something u can only know when u have experienced it so when u have the experience it can only b understood by others too who have humbled themselves enough to seek his face and set all traditions and leave room for faith to take hold where intellect ends...
