I would suggest that it should be a little more like Mario kart. You get only one item. You may have a choice of dropping an item for another item, but only one item at a time.

I love the last one and hope this becomes more popular. There’s so much potential with this idea.

Brandon has done a great job with the Jeapordy games so far.

In order to balance the star, I think it can only be used proactively rather than reactively, the user can only use it when they are about to select the question rather after they get it wrong.

I really hate to be that guy, but (16:02) Uchikoshi didn't make Danganronpa. He made AI: The Somnium Files, Zero Escape, and the Infinity series. Danganronpa was made by Kazutaka Kodaka. They do own a studio together now though: Too Kyo Games.

a change i think you should make to the poison mushroom is make it to where if they get the question right they get double the points on that, that way it makes it a bit of a double edged sword while still having big impact to the game

I think giving the item to the person who picked the question doesn't work, because usually the person who is picking the most questions is the one who is winning, which just gives the winner a bigger advantage. I think it would be better if everyone got an item instead, or only the person with the least points. Also items should be able to be used at anytime.

Akshmally, 🤓 there's technically 17 playable characters in SA2/B. The 6 from the campaign plus Super Sonic and Super Shadow. And on the multiplayer side, we have Metal Sonic, Amy, Tikal, Chaos, Big (Dreamcast), Chao, Dark Chao (SA2B), Egg Robo (Kart Racing Dreamcast VMU bonus/Completing all of Rouge's missions in SA2B) and Omochao (Kart Racing Dreamcast VMU bonus).

Such an enjoyable series. I've always loved gameshows and to have one tailored specifically to my interests where I actually know a decent chunk of the answers just makes it even more fun.

I love this series! It's so fun and it eases the need for What's that Track! I hope you can have guests from other channels. I think there are still some tweaks, I know it's very difficult but you may have a second round with double points or maybe to make obligatory to use a poison mushroom. I really look forward for the next one!

Okay, so I really enjoyed the video and I do hope there are more Jeopardy videos in the future like this, cause even I found myself guessing some of these. It’s really fun. But, I’m sorry: 16:02 - Kotaro Uchikoshi was not behind the Danganronpa series. That’s Kazutaka Kodaka. Uchikoshi is known for the Zero Escape series, in addition to AI: The Somnium Files. Uchikoshi and Kodaka do know each other very well, though, both having collaborated at some points and even establishing Too Kyo Games together.

They should make it whoever picks the questions have to give an answer because at the moment there's no downside for them going for all the big points as soon as it's starts, leaving the rest unable to catch up before the game has barely started. If they get it wrong, have the others able to buzz in then continue with whoever got it. If they all don't know then have the player with the lowest score pick the next one. With only 1 daily double, 1 star and 3 poison mushroom and 3 normal mushrooms. Have the normal mushrooms let others take the question from other players.

The Sonic Adventure 2 question was technically incorrect. There is a total of 14 playable characters in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. The 2 player mode has 6 exclusive characters: (Metal Sonic, Amy, Tikal, Chaos 0, Chao, and Dark Chao) and the Kart Racer mode has 2 secret unlockable characters Omochao and Eggrobo. (Unlocked via getting all A ranks with Rouge and Eggmann respectively.)

“The number of playable characters in Sonic Adventure 2” Derrick: What is 6? “That is correct” What? No it isn’t. The answer was playable characters. If you get an A on every stage with the main characters you get a playable character in vs mode per character completion. Eggman=Big, Sonic=Amy, Tails=Chao, Knuckles=Tikal, Shadow=Metal Sonic and Rouge=Chaos. Granted in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle there is a clear difference in abilities but they are fully playable in the original version so the answer is 12…🤓….What it took me forever to get all the emblems in that game (Rouge’s Hard Mode Meteor Herd can burn in purgatory). I have to have SOMETHING to show for it.

The number of playable characters in Sonic Adventure 2 is 12 not 6

Honestly the last iteration of the game felt more balanced. I think the item system here needs a retooling, not just in abundance but in how they're used. Maybe I just wasn't paying enough attention but did anyone even use a poison mushroom? Despite there being two of them? And the stars being a get out of jail free card is a little silly, honestly. Pure luck can keep you safe for more of the game, potentially up to three wrong answers with no penalty, which flies in the face of the trivia game aspect. Derrick may have run away with the win but he was playing a legitimate and safe strategy (albeit a bit of a boring one). It wasn't a fault in the game's design or anything, that's just how Jeopardy can be played.
