From a business aspect it only makes since to provide customers with a safe shopping experience, i.e. a safe webpage, ingredients list, etc. It’s a red flag to me if these things are neglected. Customers should feel safe before, during, and after the purchase. Not be told if you don’t trust me then you’re outta luck. How is a first time customer supposed to trust you when they just met you?
