Inspiring video even I have to think about this, otherwise my weight is always the same not much fluctuating.... Now have to take care before it's late. After 40 we have to take care of the intake specially sweets and oil items for which always our mind will call for more..... Thanks for sharing your routine definitely I will prepare a chart for myself. 👍👍

Oh what a nice video dear! Thanks for sharing. I too do intermittent fasting and I must say it is working for me. I do it 5 days a week and follow the 14 -15 hours fasting window. And I eat everything:) it’s the easiest weight loss plan and it works👍

Nice healthy video. Bhumiji one thing I would like to share don't drink Green Tea empty stomach in the morning it draws all nutrition from body best time is in the afternoon after meals. And excess liquid or water pressurizes n disrupts kidney too. Even liquid intake should be moderate as per body needs don't flush body excessively with water flood. Face ka charm n glow nahi jaana chahiye. But u have really reduced n u look in shape too. Gr8 Going the Healthy Way 🥑🍒🍓🍍🍉🍇🍊🍎🥥☕️🍵🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️

AMRITA mam ki diet follow karo bahut accha result milega, I lose 33kgs of weight by following Amrita ma'am diet plan., unki diet and recipes bahut acchi hoti hai. Unke channel ka naam Amrita Gunjan Chakravarty vlogs hai. Mujhe pcod ka problem tha jo mam ke diet se recovered ho gaya,now my period are on 28 days, no weakness, no hairfall. Mam brown sugar ki jagah shakkar ka use karo. Or start follow baba ramdev and yoga. Yoga is very effective if done properly. He teaches us a lot about good eating and living habits.
