Inspiring video even I have to think about this, otherwise my weight is always the same not much fluctuating.... Now have to take care before it's late. After 40 we have to take care of the intake specially sweets and oil items for which always our mind will call for more..... Nice healthy video. Bhumiji one thing I would like to share don't drink Green Tea empty stomach in the morning it draws all nutrition from body best time is in the afternoon after meals. And excess liquid or water pressurizes n disrupts kidney too. Even liquid intake should be moderate as per body needs don't flush body excessively with water flood.
