23:54 - 25:00 I feel like it's good that you can acknowledge your surroundings and help spread & remain positivity for all, especially given that many may love, look up, and give praise. That's something I would hope all who have any means of power by fame or anything. But, I would argue the point that at the same time. Don't change yourself, change your meaning. Like a joke meaning to intentionally harm replaced with the same concept, a "joke" but instead meaning to pass on more of a positive feel for anytime it is deemed appropriate.

I remember you talking about lucid dreams so often, I used to be able to do it allll the time when I was at university, but since moving in with my partner I now barely ever have dreams at all, Any advice to get them back?

Set an alarm for 5 hours and sleep. When the alarm goes off, dismiss it and close your eyes, while you are drifting back to sleep try to see colors, and when you can see colors with your eyes closed, try to imagine a scene, grassy field, a beach, anything, sometimes an image other than what you were thinking of will start to form, when that happens focus on the image trying to appear. When the scene is clear imagine you are being absorbed into the scene and going to that place.

In regards to the laughing hera, I know some people just laugh just to laugh when in a screwed up position. The taunting however I'm not so sure of. You gotta stop thinking too much about it my guy your head might pop like a balloon.
