There is no substitute for time spent on the water. If you want to become a better angler, get on the water more, study your seasonal patterns and water temperatures. Focus on locating fish, THEN practice presenting your lure. Everything else is just a tool to aid you but first you must place yourself in a high percentage area. After that, choose your lure! C'mon!
